10 Voice Over Greats

We love seeing our favorite actors on-screen -- the hair, the eyes, the chiseled jawline and abs, etc. However, we often ignore the iconic voices of Hollywood. The actors behind the words of some of our favorite characters. So, with that in mind, here is our list of 10 of the Voice Over greats that deserve ALL the recognition we can give them!

10. Trey Parker

When you create your own show, whelp, you can essentially voice any character you want. South Park's vocal setting starts and ends with Trey Parker, who has graced our culture with characters like Stan Marsh, his father Randy, Mr. Garrison, and of course, Eric Cartman.

9. Seth McFarlane

Taking a page out of Trey Parker's "I can do it all" playbook, Seth McFarlane creates and dominates. The creator of Family Guy and American Dad voices many of the main characters in each show -- Peter, Brian, Stewie, Glenn Quagmire, Stan Smith, even Roger!

8. H. Jon Benjamin

With a deep voice you might define as boring and flatteringly uninteresting, H. Jon Benjamin has voiced some of our favorite characters throughout the years. His perfect monotone delivery has given us classics like Bob Belcher and Sterling Archer -- but he also lets us know that Arby's has the MEATS.

7. Nancy Cartwright

Yes, Bart Simpson is voiced by a woman -- a fact that you should've known since the late 80's. But allow The Holy Goof to educate you. The Simpsons seems to be the show that will never end, and Nancy has been there since the beginning. "Cowabunga, dude!" But we won't forget to add her roles as Rufus (Kim Possible), Chucky Finster (Rugrats), and Nelson Muntz (The Simpsons) to her list of well known characters.

6. Hank Azaria

Speaking of The Simpsons, would it even exist without Hank Azaria? Apu (canceled), Moe Szyslak, Cief Wiggum, Comic Book Guy, uhhh, just pick a random character.

5. Tara Strong

If you want to revisit your childhood, just listen to the voice of Tara Strong. Her filmography is massive, containing hundred of credits including everything from Care Bears to Dexter's Lab to Mortal Kombat. But you probably know her best as the voices of Timmy Turner from The Fairly Odd Parents and Bubbles from Powerpuff Girls.

4. John DiMaggio

Another chameleon of voice over work, John DiMaggio has a massive filmography. But you probably know him best as the lovable alcoholic robot Bender from Futurama.

3. Billy West

Speaking of Futurama, that show wouldn't be what it is without the talents of Billy West. He's the voice of Philip J. Fry, Professor Farsnworth, and Dr. Zoidberg (among many others). Oh, but you might also remember him as the voice of Stimpy (and Ren for a time) from The Ren & Stimpy Show, and Bugs

Bunny from the original Space Jam!

2. Kevin Conroy

It doesn't get more legendary than being Batman! Since 1991, Kevin Conroy has voice what some consider to be the definitive version of the Caped Crusader!

1. Mark Hamill

The Force is strong with this incredible actor. Luke Skywalker by day, Fire Lord Ozai, Chucky the killer doll, and of course, the Joker by night. Mark Hamill continues to bless us with his talent.
